The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 30.04.2016 in Fatua P.S. Case No.167/2016 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a trivial dispute, the petitioner has falsely been made accused in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is in custody since long. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is main accused and there is specific allegation of firing, which hit one of

Keeping in view of nature of accusation and period of custody, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed.
