The petitioner seeks bail in Parsauni P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-a) b, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in the written report is that one loaded country made pistol with live cartridges and Mobile phone have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Sanjay Patel with similar allegation has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 64906 of 2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parsauni P.S.
