JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two ATM cards, driving licence, mobile phones and some cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Bikky Kumar, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43997 of 2016 (3) dt.28-11-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 199 of 2016.
