The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/302/504/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of fire-arm injury to Chandeo Singh is against co-accused Sanjay Yadav. Land dispute is reason behind the occurrence.

Considering the facts that no overt-act is alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
