The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For commanding and directing the respondents, to provide the answer key, and Booklet of Petitioner in respect of the examination, (Advertisement No.1/2019) conducted by Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission (BPSSSC), Bihar, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6018 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/3 II. For holding that, Petitioner is entitled to obtain information, in respect of the marks secured by her in Mains Examination as well as of physical test, of the said examination in which she has positively participated for the post of Sub Inspector, of Police.

III. For also holding that, denial to provide such information amounts to violation of Right to Information Act, 2005.

IV. For considering that, Respondents deserve to be punished in accordance with law, for deliberately and intentionally compelling the Petitioner to run from pillar to post for getting such Information, for which she is legally entitled.

V. For imposing cost upon the Respondents, for willfully subjecting the Petitioner to face undue mental agony and physical harassment for no fault from her part."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6018 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 3/3 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
