JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 354 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act and Section 67of the I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be a teacher in Bright School is of misbehaving with the minor daughter of the informant and also of taking photographs with her.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no occurrence as alleged has ever taken place. Moreover, he has remained in custody for four months.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.67640 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial A.D.J.-I, Nalanda, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
