Petitioner, Puniya Devi @ Punia Devi, is in custody since 19.06.2016 in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

According to prosecution case, from possession of the petitioner, 15 liters Mahua liquor were recovered. 4.

Considering the quantity recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, who is in custody since 19.06.2016, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016.
