JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379 and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the petitioner is that the parties have compromised the case and a petition has been filed in the court below.

If the aforesaid fact is correct, after verification of the same, the court below shall accept the bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8534 of 2017 (4) dt.18-05-2017 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to be filed by the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail in this case.
