JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 19-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 30.07.2025 has been sent by the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj to this Court, wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant, namely, Ram Ishwar Choudhary, has died about two years back and, in support thereof, a certificate issued by the Sarpanch of Gram Kachhary Jigna Jaggarnath, Block Hathua, District Gopalganj dated 27.07.2025, certifying that the appellant of the present appeal has died two years back, has been annexed.

2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the appellant, hence the aforesaid appeal, bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.453 of 1999, stands abated.

3. Let the records of the Criminal Appeal (DB) No.453 of 1999 be consigned to the records.
