The petitioner is now essentially aggrieved by order passed by the Arbitrator under the provisions of The National Highways Act, 1956.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, at the very outset, has raised an objection that, against the order passed by the Arbitrator, the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the civil court of competent jurisdiction. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid submissions.
