The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 11.06.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 146 of 1998 by which the learned court below rejected discharge petition filed under Sections 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41874 of 2015(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 Court at an appropriate stage.
