The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 324, 337, 341 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the specific allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22934 of 2020(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 is attributed to the co-accused Sita Ram Rai and Lal Babu Rai. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 18.03.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019.
