The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser of the motorcycle from one Harpal Singh but the ownerbook has not been transferred. It appears that the papers of the motorcycle were not standing in the name of Harpal Singh. Harpal Singh committed theft of the aforesaid motorcycle. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
