At the instance of petitioner no.2 so many motorcycles being stolen one were recovered including from the possession of petitioner no.1.

That being so, prayer for petitioner no.2, Mohammad Ejaj is rejected. With regard to petitioner no.1, Sakir Mansoori he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.55/2016.
