JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had earlier approached this Court by filing CWJC No. 2888 of 2015 and this Court by judgment dated 06.07.2015 had granted liberty to the petitioners to approach the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar whereafter, the petitioners had filed a detailed representation dated 10.08.2015, however, till date no decision has been taken. The learned counsel for the respondent State submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.9228 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 that the State Government would definitely take a final decision expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I grant liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
