JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in para 5 of the counter affidavit filed on their behalf, submits that against the impugned order, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of appeal before the learned Sessions Judge, Araria. Without exhausting the aforesaid statutory remedy of appeal, the present writ petition filed before this Court is liable to be dismissed on that ground alone. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
