JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-03-2024 The couple; for whose protection this writ petition was sou motu registered, wants to go out of town especially since the husband's mother is sick and she has to be treated. In such circumstances, we direct the husband to give an intimation before the concerned Police Station that he is going out of Patna and also inform the Police Station, as soon as he comes back to his family residence.

2. As of now, the Police will continue the vigil as directed in the orders and we are of the opinion that the matter

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.583 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 can be closed. If at all, there is any difficulty faced by the couple, they can move the Habeas Corpus petition for consideration.
