Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49299 of 2021.

The Trial Court report reveals that out of six witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined and two witnesses including the doctor and the researcher are to be examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2020, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this
