The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Biraul P.S. Case No. 241/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave blow with the back portion of spade, as a result the wife of the informant fell down and died.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
