ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 The petitioner who is informant of Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013 is aggrieved with the appellate order dated 02.08.2013 by which the Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Cr. App. No. 37 of 2013 affirmed the order dated 02.04.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board in Case No. 57 of 2013 by which he had declared the O.P. No. 2 as juvenile.
Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality in the same. Hence the application is rejected. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the trial Court will send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a
