The application alleges willful/deliberate disobedience/disregard of the order dated 15.01.2015 passed in CWJC 23154 of 2012 (Annexure-2).
On going through the aforesaid order, it appears no direction was issued to the respondents. In fact, the Court noticed
Patna High Court MJC No.2280 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 that the application has become infructuous.
Mr. Mishra, the counsel for the petitioner, states that he does not wish to press this application seeking liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law.
In view of aforesaid, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
