The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Allegation has been made that 2.5 liters of liquor has been recovered form the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Naushad Mohammad, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Excise Case No.105 of 2016.
