2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2010 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the father of the petitioner was murdered by unknown persons by slitting his neck. Chowkidar is the informant of this case.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the police after investigation submitted final form bearing Final Report No. 162 of 2011 on 31.08.2011 as the case to be true and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24928 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 clueless. The petitioner has been summoned after a lapse of ten years. Learned counsel lastly submits that the petitioner is the son of the deceased and during course of investigation no material has come to connect the petitioner in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
