ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre where the dispute was purportedly resolved. However the submission of the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is that once again the dispute is well in watch earlier.

Be that as it may, without going into the nature of dispute and the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 31.1.2014 is, hereby confirmed in connection with Bihar P.S. case No.211 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- per month instead of Rs.750/- to the Opposite Party No.2.
