JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2016 instituted for the offence under sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From the written report, it appears that some articles have been stolen from the shop of the informant. The informant has alleged that the petitioner had given threat to kill him and also he will get articles looted from his shop.

In this manner, from the written report itself, it appears that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9226 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned, A.C.J.M-XI Bhojpur at Ara, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
