Case No. 47 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of pick pocketing the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 31.05.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68399 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Railway, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Danapur (Bihta) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018, subject to the condition that if the petitioner found involved in such kind of offence, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
