The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/504/307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a dagger blow causing injury at the stomach of the informant. The doctor has found sharp cut wound at the stomach of the informant. Submission of the petitioner is false implication due to Complaint Case No.1951 of 2016 filed by wife of the petitioner against the informant and others alleging therein that they had attempted to outrage her modesty.

Considering the nature and seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9458 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 connection with Pirpainty Police Station Case No. 202 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhagalpur/Successor Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within fifteen days from today. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
