JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard Sri Satish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Uday Saran Shankar Singh, learned GP No. 19. The present writ petition was filed with a prayer initially to quash advertisement no. 04 of 2011 issued by the Employment Officer, Sub Employment Exchange Office, Saran, Chapra whereby applications were invited through employment exchange for desired candidates for preparation of panel to be appointed on Class IV post.

It was admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition the said advertisement was cancelled and subsequent advertisement was

Sri Uday Saran Shankar Singh, learned GP No. 19 on instruction submits that there is all possibility that within six months panel may be finalized.

In view of submission made by learned State Counsel there is no reason to keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed of. Court expects that the State authority will abide with their stand. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
