The petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed on 08.01.2013 by the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions-I, Banka in Sessions Trial No. 992(A) of 2005 by which the learned judge refused to discharge the petitioners.

On perusing the impugned order, what this Court finds is that the learned judge has applied his mind to the facts of the case and after hearing both the sides had also considered the relevant law on the point and thereafter had proceeded to and had dismissed the petition filed under Section 227 Cr.P.C. The order does not require any interference. The petition is dismissed. Let the trial court proceed with the trial. (Dharnidhar Jha, J.) Sanjay/- U T
