2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That this quashing application is being filed by the petitioner against the order dt. 11.7.06 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Jehanabad in Complaint Case No. 532/2005 trial no. 3633/2013 by which order the Learned Magistrate took cognizance under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, and directed the office to issue non bailable warrant of arrest against the accused persons."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
