The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Karakat P. S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 341, 342, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegations made in the FIR as also the antecedent of the petitioner as he has also been made accused in, at least, three other cases, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected. However, in case the petitioner surrenders and
