This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 384, 386, 379, 504 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The earlier case vide Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2017 was lodged against the sons of the informant of this case by petitioner, Pradeep Kumar. Thereafter, the present case has been lodged with allegation that the petitioner and others were demanding ransom and fired in the air as well as caused injury with lathi etc to the son of the informant.

Submission of the petitioners is that false allegation is there just to save the skin from counter case. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18582 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
