The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur (East) Sadar P. S. Case No. 665 of 2019 dated 27.09.2019 instituted for offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Even the looted articles have not been put on test identification parade even though charge-sheet has been submitted.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2019.

No.20393 of 2020(2) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur (East) Sadar P. S. Case No. 665 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
