The petitioner is accused in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the there was love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl. She has married with the petitioner on her own sweet will a copy of the marriage certificate is annexed as Annexures 3 and 3/1 to the bail application. The victim herself stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C that she left the house and married with the petitioner on her will. The petitioner who is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.695 of 2017 (4) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 custody since 20.11.2016 is ready to keep the victim as wife. Also the charge has been framed.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Bind P.S.
