Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case for the offence under Section 25 (1-b)/a/26 of the Arms Act, registered on the basis of confessional statement of Ajit Paswan. Later on the date of institution of the case itself Ajit Paswan disclosed that the rifle seized from him belongs to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his antecedent is almost clean as besides the present case he is accused in only one case bearing Jairampur P.S. Case No. 24/15 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 504/34 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40250 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Penal Code and Sections 4, 5 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act in which he has been granted bail.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Jairampur P.S.

Case No. 25/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (V.N. Sinha, J) P.K.P.
