JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 599/2013 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner and some other named accused persons had produced forged certificate that they had qualified for Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test, 2011 for getting job on the post of teacher. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and the certificate produced by the petitioner is found to be forged one.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49760 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of rejection, preferably on the same day.
