JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 23-04-2019 This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to Respondent Authorities to provide security for cutting Shisham and Guler trees standing over his Raiyati land pertaining to Khata No. 911, Plot Nos. 113, 114, Khata No. 33 Plot Nos. 111, 185 and Khata No. 30, Plot No. 187 under Circle Kako, District Jehanabad. Petitioner also sought direction in the nature of mandamus for directing the Respondent Authorities to perform their legal duties as prayed in the representation submitted by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9014 of 2019 dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted permission by the Forest Department (Annexure-4) for cutting 65 Shisham and one Gular trees from raiyati land of the petitioner. Petitioner has filed a petition directing the authority to provide proper security to him.

This Court finds from Annexure-2 that Forest Department has already given permission to the petitioner for cutting the aforesaid trees.

Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to file necessary application before the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, to pass appropriate order in the matter. This writ application is accordingly disposed off. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N.A.
