JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Andharatharhi P.S. Case No.28/2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R is of commission of theft in the house of the informant and looting away several articles. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and though he is an accused in several other cases but in all those cases he is on bail and in the present case, he has been in custody since 30.05.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani, in connection with Andharatharhi P.S. Case No.28/2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
