JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/35 of the Arms Act. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by one coaccused Ranvir Yadav, from whose possession recovery was made.

In paragraph -3 of the petition, petitioner has stated that he has got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of Annexure2 it appears that similarly circumstance co-accused Krishna Kumar was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13773 of 2017.

No.19848 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. No. 55 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
