This is an application seeking modification in order dated 25/08/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17489/2014 in connection with Vigilance Patna P.S. Case No. 3 of 2013 (Spl. Case No. 3 of 2013) pending before Spl. Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffapur. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the name of original petitioner no. 8 (Naresh Rai, S/o Sarug Rai), who is petitioner no. 1 here, be corrected as "Naresh Ram, S/o Sarug Ram" and the father's name of original petitioner no. 20, namely, Vaidnath Paswan, who is petitioner no. 2 here, be also corrected as "Munar Paswan" in place of "Vayasi Paswan". Further, fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners has also been filed in compliance of earlier order dated 08/01/2015. The aforesaid errors were committed in the original application itself; consequently occurred in the order dated 25/08/2014. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the original application
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49846 of 2014 (3) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 during course of the day and, thereafter, the order aforementioned be treated corrected to the extent stated above only. Further, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) each with District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffapur, the period to avail the liberty granted to the petitioners, abovenamed, vide order dated 25/08/2014 is extended till 28/01/2015.
