Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that the name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of information given by spy of the police and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, some co-accused persons, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sessions case no. 454/2016 arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case no. 169/2015.
