For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey No-5 For the Respondent/s : Mr. S.S. Shabbar Hussain Gp4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. In nut -shell, the case of the petitioner is that a complaint was lodged against the mis-deeds of an employee in the office of the Block Development Officer, Baikunthpur which was forwarded to the Block Development Officer for necessary action but the respondents are sitting tight over the matter. Going by the allegations levelled by the petitioner as contained in Annexure-1,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20001 of 2011 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 it appears the employee of the Block Development Officer also committed fraud and siphoned Government money. If that be so then the petitioner may take steps for lodging prosecution against the said employee of the Block besides ventilating his grievance with regard to the acts of omission and commission committed by the said employee of the Block before the respondent- District Magistrate for consideration and taking appropriate action in accordance with law. The writ application is disposed of.
