2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed supplementary affidavit online and requests to this Court to accept the hard copy of the supplementary affidavit.

3. Hard copy accepted.

4. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 602 of 2022, lodged on 06.12.2022 under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

5. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that after framing of charge, trial has commenced and in the trial, victim has adduced her statement and the copy of the statement has been annexed as Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit. Counsel further submits that from the statement made by the victim girl, it transpires that the victim girl is living happy married life with the petitioner.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 25.01.2024. Counsel further submits that other coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.81578 of 2023.

8. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

9. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with
