This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is based on circumstantial evidence and the circumstances against the petitioner is that the daughter of the petitioner was in relationship with the deceased which was not liked by the petitioner and her husband. Therefore, they are suspected to have committed the murder.

Considering the fact that only suspicion is there against the petitioner and petitioner is a female, it is not necessary to sent the petitioner jail before trial, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
