The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No.315 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per FIR is that some miscreants snatched Rs.1,44,061/- from the dicky of the motorcycle of the informant and on chase three persons were arrested and from the possession of the petitioner, Rs.1,34,061/-has been recovered. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that three persons have been arrested and one co-accused Pappu Kumar has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 26.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65553 of 2018. He has no

Having heard both sides and in view of the arrest of the petitioner coupled with the fact of recovery of the amount, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitoner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
