The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S.Case nO.127 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is about commission of theft in the house of the petitioner . The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him and nothing has been recovered. He is in custody since 15.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68096 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S.Case No.127 of 2017. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
