JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is case and counter case between the parties. There is specific allegation against co-accused Satish Kumar Sahi and the allegations levelled against these petitioners are general and omnibus and the petitioners have no any criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

No.17601 of 2017 (6) dt.17-08-2017 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J.) veena/- U T
