It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, for the same relief, had filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.6178 of 2020(2) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 another writ petition bearing CWJC no. 5725 of 2020, in which a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has been pleased to pass final order on 01.06.2020. It is submitted that thereafter, the petitioner has not preferred any writ petition and it appears that the afore-said writ petition bearing CWJC no. 5725 of 2020 has been re-numbered as CWJC no. 6178 of 2020 and placed before this Court today. It is also submitted that the petitioner has filed a contempt petition for non-compliance of the order dated 01.06.2020, passed in CWJC no. 5725 of 2020, which has been directed to be listed for hearing, after mentioning with regard to the same has been allowed.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the State, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present case by consigning the records of the present case to the record room. It is further directed that the registry may verify about the status of the contempt petition filed by the petitioner and list accordingly, if mentioning has been allowed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice/ Hon'ble Court.
