ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 9.5.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in Maintenance case No.188 of 2010, by which the Petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2.

On the last occasion the Petitioner was granted an interim relief with a direction that he brings the proof of deposit of maintenance amount.

Today also, the Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.
