The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 161 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier case diary alongwith the FSL report was called for, which has since been received.

After perusal all the materials available on the record and also taking into consideration the report sent by the FSL which has been received in this court today, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected. Let a copy of the FSL report be sent to the trial court for necessary use and reference.
